Unable to register

I have been trying to register on the platform Onde.light but each time I did it will display this message “you’ve added this number already. Please choose another or contact support@onde”.

I have never use the details or number to register before… please help to sort out…

On the registration form, the phone number section, this is where it will say “you have already added this phone number. Please choose another phone number or contact support@onde.app”

Even where I use series of different number and email it still persist…

I tried but still the same thing and I haven’t received any invite link to the email as well. Don’t know why still the same issue continues.

You see the error message because you have already used your phone number with another email address during registration. Now your phone number is linked to impactstream@gmail.com email address and cannot be used in tandem with any other email. If you want to register with a different email address, kindly use a different phone number.

The invite link to your impactstream@gmail.com email address was sent on 2025-08-16 07:04 UTC. I am afraid it cannot be sent for the second time and this email cannot be used for the second registration. If you didn’t get the link, I am afraid the only solution here is to register with a different email address. You will need to add a different phone number as well.

Thank you for the provided screenshot. Our technical team will look further into this issue. For them to have more information, can you please try to register from your laptop and make a screenshot of the error with an open console? This way our technical specialist will be able to see the error logs.

To open the dedicated ‘Console’ panel on Chrome either:

Use the keyboard shortcuts. On Windows and Linux: Ctrl + Shift + J. On Mac: Cmd + Option + J.

Select the Chrome Menu icon, menu → More Tools → JavaScript Console. Or if the Chrome Developer Tools are already open, press the ‘Console’ tab”
