Unable to Login To Trial Invitation

I’m trying to log into the hub. I was able to gain access, but when I changed the email to my business email, it said there is another profile already in use. When I tried to log in using my business email, it says I am not authorized. How do I access the dashboard?

I checked your email address, and it shows that an invite has been sent, but no company has been created yet. Open the link in the invite email and log in using “Login with Google”. Make sure to select the same email address you used when registering on Ondelight.

My company account has now been created, but I’m trying to log into the hub. I was able to gain access, but when I entered the code to verify my phone number, it stated that my phone number is associated with another account. I clicked the merge button, and then I received an error at the bottom of the page stating: Error Please Try Again Later

Thank you for your message. I am afraid the account merge in MyHub is not available. You will need to use a different phone number for this user.

Hi Nadya, I only have one phone number and it is the number I am trying to use to login. Please help. I have been going round and round with your company numerous times. I have contacted your company through email, and they have told me to go through this community platform. I do not want to give my contact information on this community page. Please go into the back end and remove my phone number from the other account it is listed under so I can enter on this account.

I’m afraid we cannot unlink your phone number from another account as we do not have access to personal profiles. You can close phone number verification window and proceed to My hub. This verification doesn’t block you from using My hub.
