I had some delay in setting up my tricycle hailing business due to some legal documentation and instructions. I have had to understand some basic regulations around it in my environment.
I wanted to go ahead with setting it up, but it seems the account has been suspended.

On the onde light, I guess the suspension is not letting me fill the 3rd line.

Kindly advise.

In my setting up. (i am trying to set up a tricycle ride hailing in my environs.)
I see that drivers cannot sign themselves up on the onde light.
It also seems I cannot choose the tricycle business on the onde light.
Payment cannot be accepted with a 3rd party payment gateway except with cash on the onde light.

Is it possible to set the ride hailing operation to stop at a certain time in the night and commence back at a certain time in the morning?

Is it possible to set that for every user request, a maximum destination to their set location? E.g., a 2 km destination frame from every location set.
are these possible on the onde light?

Indeed, drivers have to be manually invited via My hub on Onde light. How to add, suspend and delete drivers | Onde Help Center

Please clarify what you mean exactly by “cannot choose”, is there any error message?

Yes, 3rd party payment systems are available in full version only.

Our system doesn’t provide the features described here, unfortunately.
