When customers try to place an order there is a beige area that states “Location unknown” However, when a customer tries to click on this button to allow access, nothing happens. What are the steps for the customer to allow access for their location?

No, this is not a button; this is a notification. You should be prompted to allow the app to access your location when you open the page (you should see a pop-up window). If you don’t see it, update your browser to the latest version and reload the page.

On my desktop the location was se to ask. I changed it to allow and refreshed the page. But the pop-up still did not appear. When I open my website on my iphone, the popup also does not appear.
