en la app del operador no muestra los conductores activos, solo muestra el mapa y demas funciones pero esta en especifico no las muestra.

You can check if a driver is online or offline in the Operator App. In the City Map, driver pins show their status:
The city map in the Operator app is activated in Operator settings.
Please, proceed with tab Operators in My Hub > Operator settings > Show all drivers on the map.
Once the city map is open, the gaze is drawn to the driver pins and their allocation on the map.

no me muestra dichos pines, he tratado de diferentes maneras y no he logrado.

Usually, if there are no driver pins, it means that no one is online in your company at the moment. If you believe there are drivers online but they are not seen in operator app city map, please, let us know and send screenshots.

si estoy segueo ya que estoy registrado en la misma flota como conductor y en el mapa de calor puedo ver los carritos en el mapa, cosa que no me muestra el mapa de operador. la empresa es Urbe
