Are you able to assist with my issue with trying to Join your platform?

I have tried several different emails and phone numbers to sign up and yet it keeps coming back with the same issue (see image below)

What I don’t understand is I’ve never registered with your system, so please help me out here and give me some instruction and please not some bot!

Which I have just done again some 12hrs later and still not working. Which is a little worrying that I’m talking to a potential software partner about an issue with there software :ok_man:

I have a couple of quiries if you could assist please

  1. My understanding was this solution is free, are you able to tell me what my cost is if I add 5 extra cities to my configuration?
    I understand the configuration is free but what is the cost for the tariff plan to have these extra cities. I don’t want to go through the whole setup to find its costs are too high I would rather know now if you could let me know.

  2. With my service types they are Sedan, SUV, Van, People Mover and Bus. Which is 5 service types, the rider will pick on of these service types first. Once they pick for example Sedan then they have 3 sedan classes to choose from - Standard, Premium or Luxury which would be the Services.

  3. How do I get the service types Sedan, SUV, Van, People Mover and Bus setup as I cant see them in Services?

  4. Can I upload my own images for each Service Type and Service?

If you can let me know about these two queries, the costs for extra cities tariff plan and Service Types would be much appreciated :pray:

Dear Partner,

If another city is within 100km radius of your current company’s operational area, then you can operate with one company for multiple cities. If the city is farther away, you need to register a new company for it. The same pricing model applies: first 1000 trips per month for Onde.light clients are free of charge. The charges start automatically within the billing period linked to Onde.light company launched to production. All trips data is shown in Company billing. Order fee after 1000th per month is 1,9 %.

As for the services, the system won’t allow creating multi-level “service-in-a-service” model. All the available services are displayed at one place for a customer. So, you need to create a separate service for each Sedan class.

All your services are “Invisible for customers”, that’s why you don’t see them in your Web app.

Service images are default and cannot be customized.
