Can you please advise what you mean by the “customer cancellation time”? It is not technically possible to prevent your customers from cancelling a ride.
The customer cancellation policy is also not applicable to the Onde.Light solution. You don’t have a customer app, which means that there is no customer wallet and no credit card linked to the customer’s profile. So, it is not possible to charge the customer with a cancellation fee. All these features are available in a full WL version of the apps only.
