Good day, Support Team.

I’m reaching out to request assistance with updating my operational city from Asaba, Delta State to Lagos, Nigeria. Despite attempting to make the change myself, I found that the city specified during registration is not editable from my end.

  1. Current city: Asaba, Delta State
  2. New city: Lagos, Nigeria

Purpose
This change will enable me to set the correct operational city.

I am afraid the operational area is chosen during the account’s registration and can’t be changed later on. The only solution for your case is to register a new company panel with the operational area in Lagos, Nigeria. Kindly note that you will need to use a new email address. The one you used for your current panel’s registration can’t be used twice.
