Is it possible to change the service area / city / region? I initially set my account up for Jacksonville, FL, however upon further research I believe I would rather be located in Orlando, FL. I do not see an area to change this setting.

Kindly note that the operational area is set up at the stage of company registration. It can’t be changed later on. You can add as many working zones as you wish inside the set area, but you can’t move the operational area itself. You need to register a new company and select a proper country/city at the stage of registration. This city will be set as the center of the operational area for your new company.

is it possible to increase the size of service area? right now, the maximum size is 100 km.

Thank you for your message. The increase of the operational area is possible only for full WL partners. I am afraid it is not possible for Onde.Light.
