hola buen dia, me gustaria cuanto se va a pagar despues de los 1000 viajes gratis, tambien como sera el metodo de pago ¿sera por unidad o goblal? , dicen que es el 1.9% pero no se si es por servicio y si es el valor en dolares o dependiendo de la moneda que estemos usando en nuestro pais , ojala pudieran apoyarme con esas dudas, gracias
Dear Customer,
First 1000 trips per month for Onde.light partners are free of charge. The charges start automatically within the billing period linked to Onde.light company launched to production. All trips statistics is shown in Company billing. Order fee after 1000 per month is 1,9 %. The fee is calculated from each trip above 1000 and is charged in USD from the company balance. You can see your balance in My hub > Billing tab. In this tab you can also top up the balance with a direct card payment.
