Kindly advice on how to set up notifications for a customer web app. If the driver has arrived how does one notifies the customer and how to make that notification loud so that the customer hears a sound notifying her of the arrival of the driver at the pick point?

Kindly note that user authorization in Web app is possible via phone number only. There’s no technical way to send notifications to web app users. It is supposed that a user tracks order status updates in the web app just as he does in a mobile customer app.
