Customer app wallet and sos button

Team, the app is brilliant. Only has one problem. The “wallet” option is not available on some phones. Same with the SOS button. It just disappeared :confused:

Mobile customer app is not included into Onde light package. Customers can book rides via Web app only.

Yes I know…but we received an email from marketing that we can choose a customer app. I did that and the customer app is now connected to my platform. But its not working properly

Thank you for clarifying. Can you please provide a bit more detail about the problems you face? You mentioned that the problem with the wallet reproduces only on certain devices. Can you please specify:

  • version of android or iOS;
  • driver or customer;
  • screenshot of the app wrong behaviour;
  • version installed of the app;
  • model of smartphone;
  • when it happened last time? (day and if possible time);
  • explain step by step how you’ve got this problem?

As for the problem with the SOS button, do you have an emergency contact number added in your company settings/the user’s profile? What is your company name?
