The driver app is losing GPS signal constantly. If you put the app in the background for more than 2 mins it loses the GPS signal and makes the driver unavailable to receive orders.
You do have an option to send a push notification to driver to inform them they are not receiving orders but it doesn’t work in onde light and with branded apps it’s too much of an annoyance to send constant push notifications to drivers who end up going offline, speaking of experience. Also majority of the drivers works with multiple companies like Careem , Indrive, Uber , Yangoo and whoever sends them jobs they accept it that put onde light and branded apps users at a high disadvantage when the app is constantly losing GPS signals after a couple of minutes and putting drivers offline.
As a onde light user who are starting out and have only a few drivers and working to get customers its a great disadvantage when the very few customers we have try to order and can’t find a driver because he is unable to receive orders due to GPS signal loss.
Also the battery usage is extremely high.
