Driver app not receiving notification

Please assist me the driver app doesn’t receive notifications when it is closed

Only receive the booking if the driver app is open so he can’t see when someone makes booki

But can you please tell me how the Driver can receive preorder notifications while his app not open I have no idea I to do that because the service I am offering I only want customers to make preorder not instant booking

Even if I send via operator app the don’t receive when their app closed

Please advice how I can fix it

Hello o am facing troubles in my zone using the users for asking a ride testing the system and with some friends and they always say there are not any drivers on the zone available while I am available as a driver on that zone and my hub is and seems all up well … But the app always says there are not drivers available. Also as a rider user app appears others free providers , but doesn’t appear mine in the tariff plans available. I think by any reason aquilohay.net service (mine ) although appears activated is not being offered to the available riders orders

Can you please provide a bit more detail about the issue your users face? What order settings do they select? Where exactly is the driver located at the time of the order creation? Does the driver keep the app in the background mode? A screenshot from both the driver app and the web app would be much appreciated.
