Driver can not go online

When trying to get the driver to go online it says we must first activate precise location but there is no option to.

But when trying, there is no option

The problem with adding services in My hub has been fixed.

Error “Sorry, we can’t process that many attempts…” appears if the system detects a user’s behavior as suspicious.

Such anti-fraud measures were implemented from our side to protect the system from spam requests. There are 2 types of limitations:

1)if a user makes more than 5 attempts to log in on one device with the same phone number (=requests 5 SMS codes per day), the number is temporarily blocked and the user will have to wait for 24 hours before they can request new codes. This suspension cannot be lifted from our side. Please, recheck with the user if they can access their profile in 24 hours after the latest SMS request was made.

  1. if a user authorizes with more than 2 different phone numbers on the same device, their device is blacklisted for a month. We recommend to abstain from using more than 2 phone numbers to log in on the same device.
