Driver not showing on Pickmeup app even when online

I have tried severally to request a ride but can’t see the driver and it says there is no driver available even when he is in front of me, what do I do?

Kindly check if the test driver is:

  1. online;
  2. available (he is not on another order);
  3. his working radius covers the pick-up location (you can check the driver’s working radius in the driver app by pressing on “Radius” button):

If all is ok, but you still see the “No available drivers” message, please try to kill your customer app and restart it. This should solve the problem.
