Emails not being generated

Hello.

We have stopped a few days ago receiving the emails with the ride details, after completion of the trip.

Please advise.

Dear Partner,

Please provide your company name and email address.

Please note that trip summaries may not be sent to unverified email addresses. To ensure you receive these summaries, please add your email address to your profile and verify it using the code sent in the confirmation email.

Other possible reasons for not receiving trip summaries include:

  • Your inbox may be full. Please clear some space.
  • Emails may have mistakenly gone to your Spam folder. Please check your Spam folder.

The problem is solved.
I have changed the company’s email and there you go…

The problem was on our side.
