Fee per period vs commission

Hello Team,

Is fee per period another way of a company to receive payment from drivers for using our service or tools to accept jobs online? Thus I understand that in terms of revenue sharing, there’s a commission rate that the company deducts from driver account per successful order.Os this fee per period same as a platform fee?For example, Onde.light has 3 different periods to work on(I.e.1-day,7-Days & 30-days).Plus on top of that there’s minimum fee for drivers in order to accept jobs.So my company charges a subscription fee of R70 per day, R250 per week & R1000 per month. Can I scrap off this fee per period altogether or choose only one amongst the 3 if I want? For example, only use a subscription plan of 30 days or a month?Thank you.

Dear Keletsom,

In Onde light there’s only 1 way of receiving money from drivers - cash, as in-app payments are not included into Onde light package.

One driver plan can have 1 period type only. A driver can be subscribed to 1 driver plan at a time only.

Please check this post: Managing driver plans | Onde Help Center

Fee per period is an optional field. Driver plans can be configured without a period.

Anna
