French translations errors

Hello, here is a list of bad translations found in the app:

Web app

“Pré” (english “Preorder” switch) → you can not just display “pré”, it doesn’t mean anything. You should say “Pré-commande” or “Réserver à l’avance” or “Partir plus tard”

“Rechercher” tag → it should be “Recherche en cours” ou “Nous cherchons un chauffeur” ou “Recherche de chauffeur”

“Le conducteur est sur le chemin” → “Votre chauffeur est en chemin” or “Votre chauffeur est en route”

Driver app

“Précommandes” → “Réservations” or “Mes réservations”
“Aucun fond” → “Le client n’a pas payé” or “Le client n’a pas les fonds”
“Trajet programmé prévu dans hh:mm” notification → Réservation prévue à hh:mm" or “Trajet programmé dans hh:mm”

Thank you for your feedback. We will correct all the translations except for “Rechercher” tag → it should be “Recherche en cours” and Aucun fond” → “Le client n’a pas payé”. The translations you offer exceed the symbols limit. Maybe you can suggest shorter versions?

Sure, other options would be:

“Rechercher” → “Recherche” but not clear enough I would say. “En attente” may be better even if it’s not exactly as specific
“Aucun fond” → “Non payée”

Something else in myHub:
“Gestion des pilotes” should be “Gestion des chauffeurs”
You can also replace all occurences of “conducteur” or “conducteurs” by "chauffeur and “chauffeurs”, in order to harmonize the wording.

Something else I just noticed in Driver App:

“Détails de l’emploi” → “Détails de la commande” or better “Détails de la réservation”
“Payer en espèces” → “Payé en espèces”
“Taxe inclus” → “Taxes incluses”
“Pas encore payée” → “Non payée”
“Attribué à moi” → “Attribuées à moi”
“Retour à la commande active” → “Retour à la course active”
“Vérifiez l’endroit de dépot…” → Vérifiez l’adresse de dépose…"
