Dear Community,

I tried to sign up for your Onde Light offering in the website (Onde.Light—Smart Way to Launch a Ride-Haling or Taxi Business), but it keeps on saying,

Can you please give me access to the Onde Light offering? Thank you.

Hi, arebimoh!

Thank you for the alert. Just to make sure we are on the same page, did you accept the cookies or try to use a different network? Do you still get the same error after it is done?

Looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
Nadya

Yes, I accepted the cookies and tried a different network but the error still persists.

Mohammed

Dear arebimoh,

Thank you for clarifying. Can you please also advise what browser you use and if you have any ad-blocker browser extensions installed? Usually, this error reproduces if you because of them. I am afraid the only solution in this case is to switch the browser/turn off the extension.

Looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
Nadya

I do not have any ad blocker browser extension installed or enabled and I have tried a different browser but the error still persists. Isn’t there any option to get the offering manually here via email.

Regards,
Mohammed

Hi, arebimoh!

Thank you for clarifying. No, I am afraid there is no way to bypass the website registration.

Can you please make a screenshot of the error you get with an open console? Our technical team will check the logs to figure out the reason for this issue.

To open the dedicated ‘Console’ panel on Chrome either:

  1. Use the keyboard shortcuts. On Windows and Linux: Ctrl + Shift + J. On Mac: Cmd + Option + J.

  2. Select the Chrome Menu icon, menu → More Tools → JavaScript Console. Or if the Chrome Developer Tools are already open, press the ‘Console’ tab”

Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,
Nadya
