Hi, I’m getting random bookings that say have been added by an operator but haven’t. They’ve both been on my fixed rate option and I’ve been unable to cancel them instead have had to start both trip and end them as if they were completed

Please send us these trips order ID. You can find order ID:
- in order report, column A
- at the end of the Trip summary
- in operator app: choose the relevant order and click on “Copy order ID”
