History of all order - instant as well as Pre orders

Dear Team.
I trust you had a great weekend. The Onde App is working wonderful! Thank you. I start to understand how it works now. However, i still have two small issues i do not quite understand.

  1. where can I see the history of all the trips ? (See Screenshot)
  2. sometimes we cannot see the trips unless we put in the driver or customer number. The driver called us and said the client cancelled, but we couldn’t find the booking.

Or are the orders cleared every few hours

Thank you for your questions. Kinldy note that the operator app is divided into 2 sections. The one on your screenshot is used to track the ongoing and the future orders. If the order is cancelled, it gets archived automatically in 10 minutes. Then you need to search for it in the archive by pressing the “Search” button and entering the order ID/customer phone number/driver phone number.
