How to block an User?

Hi community,

We’ve detected users requesting rides, leaving drivers waiting for long journeys, and then not taking the ride. We’ve been informed that this user belongs to groups that want to disrupt our work.

Is there a way to block them from My Hub? Or how do we blacklist or block them?

We handle user blocking on our side. To proceed, please provide your company name along with the customer’s phone number(s) in international format, including the correct country codes. Without this information, we won’t be able to block the profile(s).
