I’m trying to download the ONDE.light free platform.
I have already check the SPAM folder in my email account. I can’t find the link to get the apps.
I would appreciate your help with this issue.

I have already receive the invitation in my e-mail account in gmail.
When I try to login to My Hub, the Webpage doesn’t accept the password I entered for the community.
Should I click in the “forgot my password” to register a new password for “My Hub”?
I would appreciate your advice.

Hi, thanks for the follow up.
For “My Hub” , “Driver App” and “Operator Panel”, I need ONDE authorization.
I can open the web pages, but as soon as I enter my e-mail account and password to login, the web pages display a message telling:
“you need authorization”
I need your help to solve this issue.

Dear Marco,
Sign-in error can appear when a user forgets their password. If this is your case, you can try to click on “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the login box.
You will receive a letter to the specified email with the link to reset your password.
However, please note that if you used the “Login with Google” option before, you will not be able to access your panel with your email and password. Please try to log in with Google.
