How to send link to the driver for app installation

Hi,
I am on onde.light trying to add drivers. i expect drivers to be sent an sms with a link to download the drivers app. Unfortunately, even after adding them on a subscription plan and assign levels for them, they dont get an sms with a link. What could be the problem?

Unfortunately, SMS delivery with app link to Tanzania is not available. Users can receive only OTPs via WhatsApp in this location. Please, distribute app link outside our platform.

No, Onde light package includes generic driver app only with Onde logo. App customization with your own brand name and logo is available in full Onde version.

You can find your apps links and QR codes in My hub > Applications & services tab.
