Kindly note that the operational area is set up at the stage of company registration. It can’t be changed later on. You can add as many working zones as you wish inside the set area, but you can’t move the operational area itself. You need to register a new company and select a proper country/city at the stage of registration. This city will be set as the center of the operational area for your new company.

If we register new company so driver app URL will get change. So it’s not good for as a one brand name. It’s better to do one a passenger app for all areas.
For Example :www.ideacabs.com
So can u kindly let me know there is any option i can expanded my operational area’s with one passenger Url.

I have the same issue, this means that 50% of the operational map is un-travelable. The logic behind this seems off. This means, operators along coastal areas have about 50% less opportunities. The 100KM radius math does not count up for such drivers.

I’m afraid operational area cannot be extended. Its default radius is 100km. If you have a huge fleet across multiple cities, it is recommended to create separate companies for different cities.

If create different company’s can we use One passenger App Url?
Hi Anna,
U can see more than 60+ vehicles registered on Flet & more to register. Problem is they are from different area’s. I need all of them in one company and, One Passenger App Url.

Onde light solution doesn’t have an option for increasing operational area. New companies in new cities will have a different brand URL, this is default and cannot be changed.
Multiple companies can be united under one brand for full Onde partners only.

Makes no sense to restrict the operation area.
For example if someone wants to book a return from the airport that is 100km away it doesn’t allow it which is disappointing. This is the main reason this has put me off.
