Don’t know why my logo takes on a black background when uploaded - the background is sposed to be transparent.

To ensure your logo meets our requirements, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Format: Save your logo as a PNG (for transparency) or JPG.
  2. Size: The image should be at least 512 x 512 pixels.
  3. Shape: The logo needs to be square. If it’s not, please adjust it to fit a square shape.
