Dear Partner,
A notification “Suspicious activity detected. Please attempt to disable VPN or switch to a different network” message means that the Google account activity has been marked as suspicious by Google as the user did not pass ReCAPTCHA 3 verification.
The Google scoring is automatic and done by AI based on certain user actions in the app, which label the user as a person, in which case he is let through to authorise, or a bot, in which scenario the access to the app is denied.
We can not in any way affect or lift the blockage. The users may try to pass ReCAPTCHA 3 later on, the number of times is not limited.
I am afraid we can’t change Google’s algorithm for user accounts verification.
Please, make sure to:
- do not use VPN
- switch to a different network and reply
