My drivers app is not available for my drivers

My drivers app on my phone appears available as a driver, but users app says that there are nnot drivers on the zone they ask, being my hub and drivers app available and on . The systema appears not getting the users riders orders…

Can you please provide a bit more detail about the issue your users face? What order settings do they select? Where exactly is the driver located at the time of the order creation? Does the driver keep the app in the background mode? A screenshot from both the driver app and the web app would be much appreciated.

Ok, thanks for your kind repply. I downloaded the onde testing app (that one in green color at google play store), and when using it to check the issue, found that it says the area you are chossing is not available to test the app, using my details as a driver ( i created one to check the system etc. many time ago and worked fine)… But now is not working . It may be I think the system could put Margarita Island IN Venezuela out of your services? Only ask about or may be a failure… Yes onde app is working at the back ground. Also, while using the web app that system calls the service very well and functions great.
It only happens with the riders app, when some one ask for a service using my zone. This is Margarita Island.

Please note that mobile customer app is not included into Onde light package. Users should place orders using Web app.

Maybe I did wrong the question sorry. I mean riders using yours pickme app, and my driver’s yours onde general drivers app , is what is not working in my zone. I was using it Well about three months ago , and had drivers using your app, to pick riders from pickme.app or yours also.

The problem is that users riders won’t see my hub zone activated and I can see others taxi lines there as rider at tariffs zone, and when rider ask for a ride it says there are not any drivers in our zone in pickmeapp…it was working days ago .

Please note that PickmeApp app shows all the services of all companies in the operational area. Let’s say a client requests an Economy service via PickmeApp and there are several companies that provide Economy service on different Economy tariffs in this area (including branded app companies). The customer app will show the lowest rate for this service. The offers for such orders will go to all drivers who provide Economy service as per intelligent queue algorithm. In case an Economy driver receives such an order he will process it on the rate relevant for the Economy service of his company.

Hello… Yes, I know very well how pickmeapp functions, but the problem is that the rider receives that IN THE AREA THERE ARE NOT ANY DRIVERS, having my onde driver app well installed and configured open in the black while testing a ride on live. I found having downloaded your Onde testing app, one green at Google play, and found testing a driver request as a rider from it, and IT SAYS the ZONE WHERE YOU ARE IS NOT ACTIVATED. What I figured out is (by this answer) that pickmeapp is saying maybe that there are not drivers near using it as rider, for that reason. I am only saying that it may be the reason . Or perhaps my account was limited because it was not being used permanently for long period. I would ask to check this because it was working well with pickmeapp me months ago, and I am planning to restore the service on my zone getting new drivers.

Please note that Pickme app is no longer supported. There is no mobile customer app for Onde.Light platform. Can your customers request your services using your web app?
