New features customer bonus adding

Good day sir/ma . I’m finding it every difficult to enable the new features customer adding bonus .I follow all the guidelines .on my hub is enabled but when i try request ride with my phone the option wont come up

Please advise your company name and the service where you enabled starting bonus. We need to check settings.

Dear Victor,

Starting bonus feature is available for mobile customer app only, and Onde light package does not include mobile customer apps.
