Notifications on passenger phone?

How are customers notified that their driver is on the way, or arrived?
I was expecting an SMS or a notifation somewhere but not getting anything on two different phones and phone numbers.
The only time notifications work for the passenger is if they book a ride thru the PickMe app.
The numbers I have tested are 15125677262 and 18583463500

Dear Customer,

Mobile customer app is not included into Onde light package.
Customers should track order status updates in their Web app. There are no notifications for order status updates like SMS for Web app.

I understand the light version doesnt come up with customer app. But, there’s no sms or drop down notification in the lite version for the customer? So the customer has no way of knowing the driver is on the way and then has arrived unless the customer looks at their phone?

The onde.light version is useless then if no updates are sent to the customers like SMS or Popup Notifications. There’s no way to test out that feature so I won’t be using it. Let me know if things change and I’ll reconsider it.

Kindly note that the company currency is a constant that can not be updated. If you need to use a different currency, the only option would be to register a new account with the correct currency and then transfer all the necessary data there.
