There is a 2 times per day limit of Company users profile numbers update for the whole company. If the limit is exceeded, the update of user profile numbers is blocked for the company for 30 days.
You can just close this window and proceed with using your company without the number update. In 30 days you will be automatically whitelisted and the option to update phone number will be restored for you.
