First 1000 trips per month for Ondelight clients are free of charge. The charges start automatically within the billing period linked to Ondelight panel launch to prod. All trip statistics are shown in the Company billing. Order fee after 1000 per month is 1,9 %.
Orders tracking for Ondelight clients is fully automated, and the billing is triggered automatically as well.

I think I have registered the Onde light hub and the status is activated, .but do you have a step by step instructions about the application and it’s operation?

After 1000 trips.How does payment work? Because During the live version I think it only allows for cash in payment options and with Onde light live version could we add drivers and to be monitor on the route and price options? Do you know if we are operating the Onde light do we require to get business license?

Thank you for your questions. Let’s go through them one by one:
Onde charges you with 1.9% commission for all rides starting from 1001. The rides count gets resent every month. It means that if you performed 1500 rides in October, we will charge you for the last 500 rides. In November, you will have another 1000 free rides.
Onde.Light supports cash and external terminal payment options. Credit card payment processing is available for full WL version only.

Under the demo mode how to switch to live version and after a 1000 trips how do payments works for Onde light? I tried to launch it, but there is a notification that is directed to contact the support team.

It looks like you registered for Onde demo instead of Onde light. You need to register a new company here:
Please use a different email address, as the same email cannot be used for registration twice.
If you make more than 1000 orders per month, your company’s balance will be charged with order fee. You will need to top up your company balance if you want to continue working.

It seems there might be some confusion during the sign-up process. You may have registered for the free 14-day demo instead of Onde Light.
Please note that you cannot switch from Onde Demo to Onde Light, you’ll need to register a new account using a different email address.

From there, you can test the platform and move to production once you’re ready, no action is required from our side.

For the demo is under bchao188@gmail.com which is not allowed to launch.
Under ilikechao@hotmail.com I am able to launch it and also use my logo. Company name and website.
How do I keep the number I use for years for Onde light?

Thank you for your question. You are welcome to launch your Onde.Light company whenever you are ready. The phone number is not obligatory for the launch.
I am afraid you can’t use the same phone number that you used for the full Onde version’s registration. Both the phone number and the email address are unique user identifiers and can’t be used for the second time.

Can you assist to delete the full onde account?
I was sign up with the Onde light. And in the try out U might need to have custom designs for the full features. But right now I need to use the Onde light to identify some of the market values by collecting the data for analyst.
