Onde light app for beginners

Hello.

I just want to see if anyone has any experience on app onde light. Is it free till you reach 1000 trips? And how does it work?

Dear @Benjamin,

First 1000 trips per month for Ondelight clients are free of charge. The charges start automatically within the billing period linked to Ondelight panel launch to prod. All trip statistics are shown in the Company billing. Order fee after 1000 per month is 1,9 %.
Orders tracking for Ondelight clients is fully automated, and the billing is triggered automatically as well.

Do Onde light have the same features as Onde plan such as starting up or expert ?

I think I have registered the Onde light hub and the status is activated, .but do you have a step by step instructions about the application and it’s operation?

Because During the live version I think it only allows for cash in payment options and with Onde light live version could we add drivers and to be monitor on the route and price options? Do you know if we are operating the Onde light do we require to get business license?

Thank you for your questions. Let’s go through them one by one:

  1. After 1000 trips.How does payment work?

Onde charges you with 1.9% commission for all rides starting from 1001. The rides count gets resent every month. It means that if you performed 1500 rides in October, we will charge you for the last 500 rides. In November, you will have another 1000 free rides.

  1. During the live version I think it only allows for cash in payment options

Onde.Light supports cash and external terminal payment options. Credit card payment processing is available for full WL version only.

  1. with Onde light live version could we add drivers
