Onde light for driver and operator

Hello Admin.

I have successfully signed up and enter the app for Onde light. I can see many applications such as for the driver and the operator.

For the Driver, once I open the app.It required to have the driver to be registered to the company. I assume Use myself for example for my company the Fish Got Bones. But there is no instructions how to sign up with the company.

For the operator. When I opened the app. It is under demo mode.

Please kindly advise. . For a marketing project I have few schools would like to use the app for services How to they request and booking. Next is how drivers see the bookings and accept? Is there a feature which I would need to assist to matches from requester to driver?

You need to register your driver in My hub first: https://ondelight.tawk.help/article/how-to-add-drivers

Please, log out of your operator app profile in the top right corner of the screen and log in making sure you choose the correct Onde light company.

I have successfully added myself as a company driver now, but when I adding other drivers from the 'add driver " the feature wouldn’t give me the option to provide their numbers to add.please see image

Another issue I have encountered is that Searching for driver in the near by location but is not able to find the driver. Both Onde app for customer and driver are active.

My second question is how can I provide link to the drivers and customer to join my company for service.

Hi, Benjamin!

Please note that in your screenshot, you selected the option to import a list of drivers from an Excel file. If you want to invite drivers in bulk, you need to upload a CSV file with their information.

If you just want to invite a single driver, please use a regular “Add a driver” button: https://ondelight.tawk.help/article/how-to-add-drivers

As for the customer app, please note that Onde.Light has no customer app. Your customers can place orders from your web app only. Demo Onde customer app is not related to your Onde.Light account and can’t be used with it.

Please make sure that you have cash or terminal payment methods activated for your tariffs. Web app/operator app orders can be processed with payments outside the system only.

Hello,

Sometimes I logged in into my hub using auto generated user name and password I registered.

Sometimes It doesn’t work.
Please see references as image

When I turned on both web app and driver app and inserted locations for pick up and drop off. But it doesn’t allow to match and require to use another address…

Your customers can make orders via a simple web application available in browsers (mobile and desktop)

They can scan the QR code for your web app, or you can place your Web App on your site.

Dear Benjamin,

Sign in error can appear when a user forgets the password. If this is your case, you can try to click on “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the login box.

You will receive a letter to the specified email with the link to reset your password.

Also, we use Google addresses database for geolocation. The results you get are taken directly from their database and correspond to the results you would have gotten from Google Maps.

Than you for you reply. Once I am in the application there is directed link to web app without the QR code.and I clicked into is the actual web application.

Is there a site for my clients for download for the Web app which links to my company…

My other question is for the service of class and business. May I ask what would be the difference because I see the price difference…

Dear Benjamin,

Your customers can scan the QR code provided in your dashboard and it will be redirected to your web app.

The difference between Class and Business services usually depends on how each service type is configured — such as pricing, vehicle category, or additional features offered under each one.

You can check the setup and details for each service in your Service Configuration section.
