Will you please clarify here?
I loaded two different service types(Motobike) & Small cargo van for my entire operational area.However, I was surprised that I only see one vehicle class (Small cargo van) on the when requesting for a courier on web booking app.Can you tell me why the first service type of a motorbike doesn’t show or appear?

It’s hard to say why exactly you encountered this problem, as I do not see your settings. I recommend checking the following:
- option “Invisible for customers” in the tariff settings > General tab is unticked
- you allow cash/terminal payment method in the tariff settings > Payment methods tab
- the tariff is enabled for the working area when pick up address is placed (General tab of the tariff settings)
- depending on the order you are trying to make (instant/scheduled), make sure that this type of orders is enabled for the tariff
