Out of area pickup to my operating zone

i am trying to figure out why someone can’t make a booking from a radius that’s over 100km if the drop off address is in my area.
Is it possible to do that?

Dear Partner,

Operational area limits the region where your company’s drivers can accept new orders.
Pick up address must be within your company’s operational area. This is the default platform logic. On the other hand, drop off can be placed outside your company’s working area.

Very disappointing. Customers can’t book returns from airports which is a big issue and makes it impossible to use for a company that does long distance jobs.
