Phone Number Change Blocked – Need Assistance

Hello,

When I try to change my phone number on my account, I receive this message:

“Changing the phone number has been blocked due to suspicious activity. If you believe there has been a mistake, please contact customer support.”

I believe this was flagged in error, as I am the legitimate account holder. I need to update my phone number.

Dear Customer,

Kindly note that there is a 2 times per day limit of company users profile numbers update/verification for the whole company. If the limit is exceeded, the update of user profile numbers is blocked for the company for 30 days. If a company manager is assigned to a number of companies then it applies to all those companies.

You can close the phone number verification window and proceed to the company. You will be able to update/verify the phone number in the company user profile in 30 days.
