Please make sure that you are using correct app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.multibrains.taxi.passenger
Also, you can try to kill both apps, open driver app first, go online and after that please check if the error persists in the customer app.
Don’t forget to check that the pick up address fall within driver’s working area.
