Problem with driver app

There’s a problem with the driver’s App.
The ride can’t be concluded.
It’s staying blocked at payment.

Also…

On the operator App, 2 weeks ago, after an update, the booked rides are now shown in the following order…
Date of creation, instead of date to be performed.

That’s not good…
