Renew/Refresh our brand in our app´s store

Hi Team,
We want to renew how we look like our brand in the Android and Apple Store, Our Logo in the app Driver & Users, the screen shots and load app image. But we cant modify it. We own and are admin in our Google and Apple Stores. How we can unblok it.?
