I have recently signed up to Onde.light and was contacted by another operator who said my details are appearing on his reports! Why is this happening and how can we get it fixed so I am not appearing as a driver under his system? My private information should not be provided to other operators.

Please mind that Onde light solution does not provide brand exclusivity. All Onde light partners share the same driver app.

The other operator can see my name, email, phone number, drivers license number, vehicle details, rego number as well as the details of my trips.
I understand that Onde light is not exclusive but surely other operators should not be able to see these details??
