A rider requesting a ride cannot see if there are drivers available and is stuck at waiting and waiting and waiting until someone comes online. Is there no feature to activate to let the rider that is requesting a ride to get a notification of no drivers being available?

Thank you for your message. Please note that Ondelight does not have a passenger app. The system doesn’t send a notification to passengers when no drivers are available. The request will continue searching until a driver becomes available. However, Operators can manually step in to assign a driver. Please note that if no driver is manually selected, the system will automatically send the order to the nearest available driver based on line position and location using the smart queue system.
