Service Settings Not Persisting After Saving

Minimum Fare doesn’t appear to have saved. In a Test trip that I ended early, the fare reflected a per mile, per minute rate instead of the minimum fare.

Service settings for vehicle types also dont appear on the booking app either.

Not sure why I can’t delete “Classic” vehicle type (get an error msg that it can’t be deleted).

Unsure about how to enter per mile and per minute costs - I guessed that entering “175” per mile would be saved as “1.75 usd” … is that correct?

And entering 40 as per minute value calculates as .40c per minute?

As far as I understand you are referring to the mobile customer app. We no longer support it. Customers should use Web app unique per each Onde light partner.

Web app doesn’t show details info about services. This is default for Onde light.

Usually error message states the reason. Most likely you cannot delete Classic service because there are active drivers on it. Move the driver to another service and try to delete Classic again.

You should use separator “.” when entering 1.75 USD cost per mile and 0.40 USD per minute.
