"Service Unavailable" Message

Dear Web App Support Team

I am writing to report an issue I am consistently encountering while trying to book a taxi using your web application.

Whenever I attempt to book a ride from a location just outside my hometown, I receive the message “service is unavailable in this area.” This is despite the fact that the pickup location is less than a 10-minute drive (approximately 4 miles) from the city center.

I am trying to understand why drivers are seemingly unable to receive trip requests from this nearby area. Could you please provide some insight into why this might be happening?

Any information you can offer regarding the service boundaries or potential reasons for this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Make sure u set operational areas to cover the areas ur customer are requesting from .and operations areas is maximum of 100km

Updating Operation Areas
To update your operation areas, follow these steps:

  1. Access My Hub: Navigate to the “My Hub” section.
  2. Side Menu: Locate the side menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Company Settings: Click on “Company Settings” from the menu options.
  4. Operations Area: Select “Operations Area” within the settings.
  5. Edit or Add Operation Area: Click “Edit” or “Add Operation Area” to modify your existing areas or add new ones. A map will be displayed, allowing you to define your operation area by expanding the circle to cover the desired regions. Note that the area within the circle represents your operation area.

Once you’ve configured your operation area, click “Save” to update your settings.

Hi Anna
I have already done that - still not working.
I have one more question - my business rates are twice as high as my standart rates, even if I make the standard price per mile the same as the business rates. I changed many things, price per mile, time+distance, nothing would change the price for a trip to the airport. Business is twice more expensive than standard. Any idea how to resolve the issue?

Hi, 8888!

What is your company name?

Also, please check if you have night rates configured for the service in question. If the changes you make in the main fee settings don’t affect the cost, most likely you are trying to place an order within the night rate’s timespan.

Nadya
