Please specify what you mean by “order does not exist”. Provide us with more details about the order, screenshots would be needed as well.

As for the disconnection error, please try to delete the cookies, also try to clear browsing cache or reload the page with cache reset:

for Mac: Cmd+Shift+r

for Windows: Ctrl+Shift+r

Let us know if the problem persists.

Please specify ID of the order used for testing. We will check in logs if it was offered to any driver in case it was offered to another driver of your company instead of your own driver profile.

Order ID can be found in Order reports.
