Kindly help me with this. I have two working areas in one operating area. For the Airport i want to use the Airport Transfer service which should be higher fee. but the other service is also active in the Airport working area showing a lower fee. When client book airport transfer only the airport transfer should be visible. is that possible? Custom working area inside another zone with specific service availability (so called “restriction area”) I followed the instructions but its not working. Maybe i do something wrong
Hi, GoGirl! Sure, it is totally possible. As far as I can see, you have done the whole set-up correctly. All that is left to do is to allow Airport Transfer to work in the airport area:

Hello!
Working zones limit pick up area only. Service availability cannot be pre-defined by drop off areas.
If you place pick up on the Airport zone, you’ll see only Airport transfer service. If you place pick up outside airpot zone where other services are available, you’ll see all the services available in this area eve if the drop off is at the airport.

up to here it works. then i click PREVIEW as indicatet=d, but then i cannot access the tools. so i save . then i can access the tools.

I do the operational setup correctly.
you see, when i set up a different rate for airport transfer and a different rate for women drive driven.
But when the client books from the web app, the option to book “women drives women” is also available. But I do not want the client to book economy. They need to book only "Airport " for the Airport transfers.
I want two services, airport and women drives women.
Can you please help me with this? I really want this to work.
Please assist me.

Thank you for your message. You need to use the custom working area setup to make this work. Create a separate working area for the airport using the drawing tools, and assign only the “Airport” service to it. Then, create another working area for the “Women drives Women” service. The system shows services based on the customer’s pickup location, so only the service linked to that area (like “Airport”) will appear if the pickup is inside the airport zone. This way, your clients won’t see “Women drives Women” when booking from the airport.

I have just checked your web app and verified that if the pick-up is inside the “Airport transfers” area, only the airport transfers service is available:
If you put the pick-up address outside of the airport area, both services are available:
This is the correct app behaviour. The drop-off (destination) address doesn’t matter. Only the pick-up address determines what services are shown to the passenger.
