Sorry but after having read the articles still dont understand well the how it functions on this: Who is who has to login? I mean if I give my web address to a restaurant for example in order for him to request a driver, or maybe he goes into our web page link, then if the page appears with not login, what phone would the manager of the webapp in this case a restaurant cashier sign in to get the code? I mean in the first (right upper side) with the add button, in order to log in?, because in the last request of the form, of phone number I could realize that it should be to the drivers phone because of the before square where it requests more info about the DRIVER to add… then it goes to ask for a phone again ( the form)… in this last case we could figure out that it should be of a driver, but if it is used for the cashier of a restaurant to order a driver how he could know what phone to add?.. The same if he would need a login in the first side… Please could you explain this? tthanks If it is not explained well, I cannot figure this web app how to use it.,… I have done some tests with it and of course if I did it I know what details (phones ) to add knowing my drivers phones… etc… thanks

Web app is the system module for placing orders by customers or restaurants/hotels/etc managers. You cannot assign drivers in Web app and you cannot type driver’s details in Web app. On the first page of Web app one should enter the phone number of either a customer or hotel/restaurant reception.
To manage orders as an operator, assign drivers, create orders, edit orders, etc, please, use Operator app. Operator App | Onde Help Center

To be out of any other doub in this matter, I resume… in the first phone request (or the last that appear there) should the Restaurant or hotel reception login? then he will be able to place an order? In this sence who is login will appear in the hub as ordered by that person right or not? Then the reception could add an aditional description to the driver that will take the order right? Then who ever driver in the global app could take that order, or only those registered on my hube as drivers (mine)?..

For the cases with restaurants and hotels, usually it’s receptionist who signs in with the local phone number and places orders for customers upon their request. Web app can be also used by customers directly if placed on your website or distributed among your customer database.
In order details you will see the phone number of the user who was signed in when placing an order.
Yes, the person who places an order can leave a note for the driver in Web app.
Web app shows the services of your company only and sends the orders from your Web app to drivers working on your company services.

So to be safe on what I need to be in peace with my doubts and to close this topic , I can be sured so that those requests made by my webapp goes directly only to mine drivers so to not loose my earnings with others drivers in the universal Onde net! If that is it , Great!
