Web Application Error

When requesting a ride on the Web Application it says " Service unavailable in this area." while there is an active driver in the area and the area has been selected as an operational area.

Please make sure that you have cash or terminal payment methods activated for your tariffs. Web app/operator app orders can be processed with payments outside the system only.

I have activated the cash payment only now but still it is showing the same error picture attached above

In the tariff settings, you have instant bookings disabled:


If you want to place a pre-order, you need to switch the toggle “Preorder”
