Hi, admin I would like to inform you that I missed clients Thursday last work because the app was un able to open I tried several times but it couldn’t open and the unfortunate part is that there is no any alternative to get in touch with you if the app can’t open. So I don’t know whether that interruption was technical issue I don’t know but all I need from you is an assurance that this app will give me results for my business because if takes long to open again that’s inconveniencing to customers and they will go to other apps that are effective and quick to respond to urgent need.
So I would like you to assure me that Onde light is the best for me and how will be addressing my challenges with the app and a quick response? There is no any other way to get in touch with you for technical issue apart from login to my hub which again was a challenge.

Dear Partner,

Kindly note that technical support and managerial assistance are not included in the free Onde light package. Support is available to the partners who purchase a set of White-Label apps.

In case you cannot open the app please perform basic troubleshooting steps such as:

  • restarting your app and device
  • reinstalling the app to update it to the latest version
  • checking your Internet connection
