Si el Cliente solicita un servicio desde ubicación inicio hasta ubicacion destino bien sea a través de la App PickmeApp o el portal web https://xxxxxxxxxxxx.ondelight.app/ y luego de esto decide cancelar el servicio? Esto generaría el pago por uso de la aplicación del 1.9% a Onde o no es considerado en cuenta?

how long has the driver to cancel an activated order in order to not be charged for it? Is there any time where system considere goes the Onde fee for this?
